How do I get started with Ledger Loom?
Sign up for a free 30-day trial — no credit card required. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through setting up your firm, connecting your accounting system, and adding your first clients.
Which accounting systems does Ledger Loom integrate with?
Ledger Loom integrates with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and MYOB. You can connect your accounting system from Settings > Accounting Connection in the workspace.
How does time tracking work?
Ledger Loom uses invisible time tracking — time automatically starts when you open a task and pauses when you switch away. There are no timers to start or stop. You can review and adjust tracked time before invoicing.
Can my clients access the system?
Yes! The Client Portal gives your clients a branded self-service experience where they can view service progress, invoices, upload documents, make payments, and message your team securely.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), stored in Australian data centres (Azure Australia East), with strict multi-tenant isolation. See our Security page for full details.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 30 days, you can choose a subscription plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account is suspended and data retained for 90 days before deletion — giving you time to come back.
